Well, it's official. Mandy is moving to Toronto. While this is awesome for Toronto - and yes, she's required to inform her neighbours that she is an improvisor - it's sad for us!

We've decided to have a huge party and final Kinkonauts show (at least for a while) to celebrate, and you're invited!

This show will be free, but seats are limited to the first 50 people that email / respond to our facebook invite / text Lauren to let us know you're coming.

Details on location to follow... it's like a secret rave! We're so cool.

Update: Raves aren't really still cool, but have not moved into the "uncool" region yet... they're in coolness limbo. We have a space! This show will take place at EMMEDIA - 351 11 Ave SW (door at the back). After-party is on location, will have a cash bar, and will also feature the ACAD Laptop Ensemble. See you there!

YES, there has been a change of location: we will be holding the workshop at the Chinook Community Centre, 1015 73rd ave. The course will run until December 3rd.

First of all, thank you to all of you who came out to the Calgary Improv Festival and made it such a huge success, both for us and the festival as a whole.

Sadly, our space that we had lined up for our weekly free improv demonstrations has fallen through, sighting scheduling concerns. This means that as of now, The Kinkonauts are once again on a performing hiatus. Boo!

Hey, if you know a theatre / basement with lights that needs a good improv troupe, we are once again, looking for a home. Does Calgary hate us? Maybe just the buildings do...
